Had a really good experience here on my first visit last week. My BMW was serviced and prices were very competitive. The guys were very informative and helpful. Thanks again, i will definitely be back for my next service.

Went in with a problem and took them hours to diagognose (it later took me 10min in a vw forum) and charged me $400. Then proceeded to do a safety check on the car which is fine but found 3 things which they wanted exactly $2k (sounds like a figure pulled out of thin air). Got a second opinion from Volkstech and the work was only $850 and one of the items, there was nothing wrong with it. They tried to pressure me into getting it done cos i was selling car and said it would fail the roadworthy the way it is. The guy at reception seems to think because you have a nice car you have loads of money and is an idiot.

***RIF-OFFS, DODGY, INCOMPETENT AND VERY RUDE***These guys are the biggest crooks in guise of “specialists” in Southern Hemisphere.I had my Audi A4’s air con flap motors replaced about a year ago for over $1300 – they were fine till just a few days ago when they started giving a ticking sound again when they were still under warranty, left the car with them to diagnose the issue, got a call back from the manager named Martin saying they couldn’t hear any sound so I can come pick up the car and it would be $140 to have it checked – what a rip-off – 140 bucks to have something checked which I paid $1300 for initially AND still under warranty. When I tried to reason with him, he got crossed and started raising his voice, wouldn’t let me finish, would talk over me and was very rude in general. These guys don’t know what the word “customer service” means. I even called up Raz the owner of the workshop to complain – he wasn’t any different either. They wouldn’t release me my car back which I urgently needed to commute to and from work - I thought to myself no point arguing with these guys as they are all a bunch of crooks and thieves, so I quietly paid $140 and drove away. The ticking sound of flap motors is still there, I even showed it to them when I went to pick up my car but they just brushed it away saying it’s nothing and not to worry about it – what a joke – what did you charge me $140 for then?! I can’t accept this esp when the flap motors are still under warranty.I’m going to make a formal written complaint to ACCC (Aust Consumer & Competition Commission) about these fake and phony “experts” in European cars ripping people off.***STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS GUYS***

I would AVOID like a plague!! I thought I was a loyal customer and that they were genuine! Worst mistake!Used to get to a point where I would be nervous about what they would say was wrong about my BMW!Spent $3000+ fixing oil leaks which they said was probably why my oil was draining! Even after spending all the money, my oil warning light kept coming on every 2 weeks! They re-checked and said It was internal and i would have to do an engine rebuild!!!!! I asked them whether It could be the sensor and they said NO! I went to a different reputable mechanic and all It cost me was $150 oil sensor and my car is running great with no warning light! Also got my breaks replaced and within 3 months, my breakpads were gone to the point the disc was making the worst sounds. I called and they told me to bring It in. After evaluation, they said It was a "piston" and Martin started giving me a run down of how much it'd cost. I refuted the charges based on the fact that I had only changed them 3 months prior and I also had a service. They said things like that can't be checked. I requested to collect the car without fixing. Out of "Good will" they said they would repair It under warranty with all brand new parts including disc and rotors.I called them on day of pick up and requested sheet itemising the work that was done. Martin said he would get back to me; never did and when my partner went to collect the car, we didn't receive anything!Went to Reputable mechanic to do a recent service, and I haven't left a mechanic feeling stress free and knowing that my car was 100% good!!! It was good honest service and wasn't anxiety-provoking!They also knew about what Prestige would be doing to my rear breaks therefore asked the outcome. I advised that they said they replaced all new parts. The mechanic advised that they changed the breakpads but it's the same disc!!! I can't even deal with prestige anymore.Seriously save your money and time and go somewhere else! I was extremely patient with prestige and yet, realise that all the money I spent at prestige could have been spent at a more reliable mechanic that doesn't charge an arm and a leg!!!!!!!!!!! It's not even about the money, if they were good and honest I wouldn't even bat an eyelid - they're not good and not honest!
